Our Adult Social Care Dataset provides a real-time view of social care data from the Liquidlogic Adults’ Social Care System (LAS). Enabling feeds of social care data will help frontline staff to understand the full context of a patient’s care and will aid coordination between different teams to prevent escalating social care needs.

The Adult Social Care Dataset from Liquidlogic is provided as a real-time HTML view or structured data and includes six categories of information:

  • Associated Carer
  • Disability
  • Risk Type
  • Case details.
