Updates

16 March 2020

As a healthcare service provider sharing vital care information within the NHS, Healthcare Gateway are aware of the threat of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

We currently do not see any threat to our supply chain or disruption in our support model as we operate resilient services with duplicate Data Centres and Support Sites.

Technical controls and resources are available for employees to work and collaborate remotely.

We have a Business Continuity Plan which regularly undergoes testing as part of our ISO accreditation and that we would use should we have an outbreak.

We have also discussed this specific virus and plans are ready to be implemented should this impact the organisation.
