We’re committed to supporting health and care organisations during this pandemic by enabling vital information sharing

Connecting you to patient data
The MIG can connect any health and care organisation including local authorities to our independent web portal Shared Record Viewer (SRV)to ensure patient data can be accessed where and when it is needed. SRV is compatible with all mobile devices, a perfect solution for workers on the move. Our DetailedCare Record (DCR) and Specialist Datasetsare available today in any system or via SRV. Access to secure, vital information in real-time will help clinicians working remotely to continue health and care services with confidence, without disruption. SRV provides access to any MIG dataset, in real time:
For community services, mental health, social care, hospice care and care homes
Use cases for use in education and the third sector
Interoperability at scale and pace – live within weeks and accessible through HSCN/N3
Compatible with mobile devices – access when and where you need it
As a healthcare service provider sharing vital care information within the NHS, Healthcare Gateway are aware of the threat of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
We currently do not see any threat to our supply chain or disruption in our support model as we operate resilient services with duplicate Data Centres and Support Sites.
Technical controls and resources are available for employees to work and collaborate remotely.
We have a Business Continuity Plan which regularly undergoes testing as part of our ISO accreditation and that we would use should we have an outbreak.
We have also discussed this specific virus and plans are ready to be implemented should this impact the organisation.
