The challenge

The NHS faces huge demands when delivering patient care in pressured environments. Without access to up to date patient data from different services, it can take longer to assess patients and therefore longer to provide the care needed, resulting in potentially unnecessary hospital admissions.

What is EMIS Community Journal View?

EMIS Community Journal View shows a 12-month timeline of all encounters and observations made in EMIS Web Community, Children’s and Mental Health systems (CCMH) and clinical services. Examples of clinical services include:

What do clinicians say?

“The EMIS Community Journal View and short notes are really really helpful to giving
context and background to the emergency consultation.
When read with the community short notes and all the letters, discharges,
