Health and Social Care Datasets

Our Specialist Datasets provide additional feeds of patient data from other health and social care systems. These include:

Community, Children’s and Mental Health Dataset from Servelec Rio

The Servelec Rio dataset is designed to provide end users with a view of a patient’s Community, Children’s and Mental health data. The dataset provides the following tabs of information:

  1. Mental Health
  2. Child Health
  3. Community

Adult Social Care Dataset from Liquidlogic

Our Adult Social Care Dataset provides a real-time view of social care data from the Liquidlogic Adults’ Social Care System (LAS). Enabling feeds of social care data will help frontline staff to understand the full context of a patient’s care and will aid coordination between different teams to prevent escalating social care needs.

The Adult Social Care Dataset from Liquidlogic is provided as a real-time HTML view or structured data and includes six categories of information:

  1. Patient
  2. Allocated Case Worker
  3. Associated Carer
  4. Disability
  5. Risk Type
  6. Case details

Acute Dataset from Teleologic

Each of the datasets provided by Teleologic is implemented as a MIG View. A view is sent by the host via the MIG to clients as non-structured viewable HTML. Information includes:

  1. Hospital patient details view
  2. Hospital discharge summaries view
  3. Hospital services view
  4. Hospital A&E attendances view
  5. Hospital maternity documents view
  6. Hospital correspondence view
  7. Hospital appointments view
  8. Hospital other documents view

EMIS Web Community Viewer

EMIS Web is a journal view of community data which is registered with a patient’s GP and other organisations involved in their care. This dataset provides a timeline of any medical entries made in the past 12 months.
